Nikki is the heart behind Weis Custom Homes, a family-owned custom home building company where she leads every project with care, communication, and a deep commitment to her clients' experience.

As a wife, mom, and business owner, she brings a personal understanding of what home truly means — guiding families through the building process in a way that feels clear, collaborative, and rooted in connection.

As An active member of the Building Industry Association and NAHB, and an Ambassador for the She Built Foundation, Nikki is passionate about her craft and inspiring the next generation of builders.

Hayden has been a key part of Weis Custom Homes for the past two years, serving as Project Manager where he oversees construction management, coordinates with trade partners, and guides homeowners through every step of the build.

Growing up around the family business, he developed a strong foundation in entrepreneurship and brings a calm presence, sharp communication skills, and a natural ability to connect with clients and contractors alike.

Known for his fresh ideas and genuine care for others, Hayden is an integral part of the team and the experience of building with Weis Custom Homes.

Morgan Bush

Morgan brings a diverse professional background spanning from operations, sales, healthcare, and fitness — experience that translates directly into organized, responsive, and people-first service.
